ARALUBE COOLCUT COOLANTS 2000 SERIES

The concentrates of the Coolcut-series are carefully-formulated combinations of mineral oils, emulsifiers, stabilizers, corrosion inhibitors, bactericidal and fungicidal preservatives and other additives. Mixed with water they offer milky-white to creamy emulsions which are notable for their anti-foaming quality and their resistance to calcereous water. The corrosion protection and resistance to micro-organisms of Aralube Coolcut increases relatively with the quality grading from 1000 tp 3000. These products are not harmful to the skin and free of nitrite compounds.

ARALUBE COOLCUT COOLANTS S-3000 SERIES

Aralube Coolcut S-3000 coolant/cutting fluid, chlorine- free formulated, has been researched/developed to meet the exacting demands in machining the tough, high temperature, variable speeds in ferrous and non-ferrous steels used in the automotive and mould fabrication industry. It has also proved equally efficient on aluminium and stainless steels. This is a coolant with a high-film strength and exceptional lubricity, is non-gumming, has a long life, is pleasant to use, and is non-corrosive. These features contribute to reducing the risk of producing scrap work in an industry renowned for its high costs in material and machined components.It gives substantially longer tool life, improved finish and more accurate cuts- The extreme pressure components provide performance characteristics that are far better than general-purpose soluble oils.Metal “buila- up” at the cutting tool edge is minimized or eliminated resulting in machining efficiencies associated with more costly undiluted oils.
